I. Steel Pipe Hydraulic Pressure Testing Machine

1. Mechanical Composition

1) Mechanical guidance and pneumatic part: The machine's pressure testing main head adopts a horizontal structure, primarily constructed from high-quality steel plates through welding and artificial aging treatment, offering excellent mechanical properties with minimal deformation and high rigidity during operation. The frame is welded from rectangular and square tubes, and the water tank is made of 304 stainless steel plates.

2) Frame and pipe support frame: Both the frame and pipe support frame are assembled and welded from square and rectangular tubes.

3) Stainless steel water tank: The water tank is constructed from 3 mm thick 304 stainless steel through welding.
